Vaccine are like a training course for immune system.The prepare the body to fight disease without exposing it to the symptoms. when foreign invaders like bacteria or virus enter in the body immune cells called lymphocytes respond by producing antibodies which are protien molecules.By this way vaccine produce immunity.
