How do vaccines works in our body?

vaccine are like a training course for the immune system. they prepare the body to fight with disease without exposing it to disease symptom . when foreign invader such as bacteria or viruses enter the body immune cells called lymphocytes respond by producing antibodies which are protein molecule

they r very dilute form of dead or a weak solution of microbes in a living body to develop resistance against that disease and prepares the immune system for resistance against different kinds of diseases. Eg. ECG for TB; DTP - triteness; Diphtheria; Potuasis; Polio, etc.
