How do viruses differ from micro-organisms such as bacteria

Antibiotics can kill bacteria but not viruses. Viruses come between the scale of  Living & Non-Living organisms as they are neither living nor non living.These react as Non-Living in the Environment until it comes in contact of Living Cell.They are much smaller than other microbes.
