we can balance a chemical equations by ;-

1) Write down your given equation.

2) Write down the number of atoms per each element.

3) Save hydrogen and oxygen for last, as they are often on both sides.

4)Start with single elements.

5) Use a coefficient to balance the single carbon atom.

6) Balance the hydrogen atoms next.

7) Balance the oxygen atoms.

Hope it will help you

✳BALANCED CHEMICAL EQUATION ✳
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

✨A chemical equation that has the equal number of atoms of each element taking part in a reaction is called Balanced chemical equation.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

✨Need for Balancing an equation : In order to go along the LAW OF CONSERVATION OF MASS which stated that mass can neither be created nor be destroyed In a chemical reaction.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

✨Balancing an equation :

✳Count the number of atoms of each type in the equation .

✳list them down for ease . Then make boxes around each element .

✳Start balancing with the element with highest number of atoms .

For example,

Mg + O2 ----------------------------------------------------MgO

Here number of Mg atoms = 1 on either side .

Number of Oxygen atoms = 2 ( LHS ) 1 ( RHS)

So we balance it ,

2 Mg + O2 ----------------------------------------------------2MgO.

Now number of Mg atoms = 2 on either side .

Number of Oxygen atoms= 2 on either side .
