How do we calculate equivalent resistance of a ckt from an end?

You have to see whether the resistance are in series or in parallel at first , then

I. If it is in series simply add them

R= r1+r2+r3+...........

I I. If it is in parallel then add them by inverting I. E

1/R =1/r1+1/r2+1/r3+....
