how do we calculate time with the help of meridian​

we can calculate the time easily from the meridian.

In the eastern part of prime meridian the time increases by 4 minutes every longitude. It means I'd the time in prime meridian is 5 o'clock then in 1 degree there will be the time 5 hour 4 minutes.

In the went part of prime meridian time decreases by 4 minutes every longitude.
