How do we crop an image, fit it into shape and add a border to it?

First,Select the image.

1)Then,select the picture tools>format tab.
2)and select crop>crop to shape.
3)select the shape you want to crop to-we'll select oval and your office app automatically crop to it.
4)from the picture tools >format Tab select picture border
5)or select a weight to make your border more visible.
