when a pathogen enters in our body it starts multiplying itself but the warrior of our immune system we know that are WBC legal sites which are phagocytic in nature with the help of our memory cells they recognise the pathogen and secrets different type of enzymes to kill them, due to secretion of those enzymes the pathogen get killed and hence there is rise of temperature of our body which is mainly known as fever. whereas if our immune system is not working properly and pathogens are staying alive in our body they will multiply them self and secret toxins and that's how we fall ill.
