by observing the last word of the all the 4 line in a paragraph.
for example consider it as a poem
I bought a table
it was not stable,
so i bought a chair
but it was also not fare.
Now observe that table and stable are rhyming and chair and fare are rhyming so stable and chair are on 1st and 2nd line so it will be "aa" and chair and stare are on the 3rd and 4th line so it will "bb"
So the rhyme scheme will b "aabb".

Firstly read last part of lines of the poem and notice on the last word and then read second line.
if you find out some same pronunciation or rymed words then it said to be 'aa'. and if second line contain different rhyming words in last part then the ryming scheme will be 'ab'.
and so on.....
