We get goosebumps when we watch something dreary and is full with horror. If we scare then we get it.
Its meaning is that whenever we fell scary our neuro cells gets a msg from the brain and the hairs our body stands and we get small bumps on skin

goose bumps is a reflex, which is an action your body has automatically without you even thinking about it. The goose bumps people get when they're scared may be another vestigial reflex.Goosebumps are tiny elevations of the skin that resemble the skin of poultry after the feathers have been plucked. (Therefore we could as well call them "turkeybumps" or "duckbumps.") These bumps are caused by a contraction of miniature muscles that are attached to each hair.
