Banabhatta - He was a seventh century Sanskrit poet and his principle work was Harshacharitra, biography of king Harsha.Ravikirti - Ravikirti was the court poet of Pulakeshin II and the mention of Harha is made in inscription by Ravikirti at meguti temple, Aihole.Xuan Zang - Mention of Harshavardhana is also made in the travelogue of Xuan zang who visited the Indian subcontinent in seventh century.
