Hi. To find one rational number between two given rational numbers, we have a formula as below:

\dfrac{a+b}{2}

where, a and b are the two rational numbers.

Thus, a rational number between 4 and 6 will be

\dfrac{4+6}{2}\\\\\\= \dfrac{20}{2}\\\\\\= \large \underline{\boxed{\boxed{\bold{10}}}}

Hope it helps.
