MATERIAL REQUIRED-: a bottle of perfume, a room and a friend

PROCEDURE-:

1. tell your friend to stand in one corner of the room.

2. spray perfume from the other end of the room.

OBSERVATION-: our friend was able to smell the perfume from the other side of the room

CONCLUSION-: this shows that gas is made up of particles since the perfume particles was able to reach the other end of the room because it diffused with the surrounding air particles through the process of diffusion. This shows that gases is made up of particles.
