They used to pray before Nature(Peepal Tree, Dove etc.).The The Great baths were used to bath before any religious festivals. However, Amulets have been found in large numbers from the Indus Valley. Probably the Harappans believed that ghosts and evil forces were capable of harming them and, therefore, used amulets against them. It is also considered that amulets were used to prove their identity (Class, Address etc.) and provide them accessibility around the town.
