Answer:
Adequate moisture,humidity and warm temperature triggers the seed kernel to break. The seed sprouts ,germinates and grows into a plant. If the required conditions are absent ,like if there are low temperature and dry conditions the seed enters a state called as dormancy which unables them to grow .
