I assume that you know the equation of those two curves on Cartesian graph.

As we know the equation of curve is in which it satisfies all the point existing on curve.

At the point where both curve meet, this point is on both the curve (because it is intersection) and thus the point should satisfy both the equation.

Solve both the equation and find the values of cordinates. If there is real cordinates exists, the is point of intersection (there can be multiple point of intersection too).

And if you don't find roots to those equation then solution doesn't exist and curves never meet
