By increasing Pressure and decreasing temperature.By doing this we are decreasing the intermolecular distance between the molecule of gases and thus the state of gas changes.

liquefaction of gases means changing the gases to liquid state .
gases usually have a very low liquefaction point .
they liquefy by -
1) decreasing the temperature
2) increasing the pressure
the KE of the molecules are forced to decrease as the intermolecular distance decreases and intermolecular forces increases . this changes the gas into liquid state .
