We percieve an object to be in motion with reference to a stationary object

but what if the object is at vacuum and there is no object for comparison this means that. object is not at motion
That means you cannot conclude that the object is in motion as there is no refernce point... Even in space the refernce point are planets....
so what about cosmic expansion. there is no stations object through which we compare the speed of expansion this means that it is not expanding.
