How do we prepare a colloidal solution of egg albumin in water?

Take an egg and break it carefully so that we separate the egg yolk from egg albumin(which is the white part).
Now, boil the egg albumin along with approx 200ml of water and keep on constantly stirring the mixture while boiling.
Filter this solution once the mixture cools down to room temperature. The filtrate so obtained is a colloidal solution of egg albumin in water.
