We can save fuel as:-

Suppose a bus is travelling along side with your vehicle and stops at a place just in front of the place you wanted to go. In this case both bus and your vehicles fuel is being used to reach the same destination.

But if you had travelled with that bus then what?

Simple you would have reached the same destination at the cost of only the bus fuel and not your vehicles fuel.

Hence you will become a part of those persons who truly care about the future needs of the fuel you have

The impacts of green house effect , environmental pollution , respiratory diseases , and global warming are well documented . Many factors contribute to increased levels of these harmful gases including cutting down of trees , use of fossil fuels , and emission from industries and vehicles. One factor that is constituently ignored , yet contributes more to green house emissions in personal transportation , driving personal cars to be precise . Those living in highly populated cities feel the impacts of emissions by vehicles . And with technology travelling at lung bursting speed coupled with rapidly increasing middle class , car ownership is projected to sky rocket. This means the universe will be polluted more than ever. The only way to reverse this trend is adoption of public transportation.
