If our fundamental rights are violated or taken away by any individual or government, then we can file a case in court for remedy by article 32 of our constitution that is right to constitutional remedies.In this way we can safeguard our fundamental rights.

through the following ways we can secure are rights

1) appealing in supreme Court or high Court or any local jurisdiction.

2) complaining on a police station about the violation of rights.

3) our constitution also secure are right and what is its describe them in our constitution core which is the third volume of constitution.

4) from this no one can wallet are right and if it do so it is the violation of constitutional acts and hence the rights are secured and we could get justice legally.
