You just have to make equivalent fractions over there, by just multiplying/dividing with same number with numerator and denominator.

For example:

 \frac{ - 5}{7}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  =  \frac{ - 15}{21} \\ so \: here \: we \: go \\  \frac{ - 5}{7}  =  \frac{ - 15}{21}  =  \frac{ - 10}{14}  =  \frac{ - 60}{84}  \\  \frac{ - 4}{ - 20} =  \frac{2}{10} =  \frac{17}{85}  =  \frac{7}{35}
