Mg+SO2=MgO+S
if we put 2 before MgO and Mg
then the reaction will get balanced
so,
2Mg+SO2=2MgO+S
hence, the equation is balanced.

manalq: Thankyou! But what are the ‘(s)’
manalq: In the question^
Lakshanyss: solid
Lakshanyss: and g is gas
manalq: okay so what does that change
Lakshanyss: i explained it
manalq: Alrighttt thankss
Lakshanyss: well come
