how do we split term for this.... the product is a big no. plz give an easy way..x^2 + x-240=0

${x}^{2} + 16x - 15x - 240 = 0$
[BY PRIME FACTORIZATION ]

$(16x)( - 15x) = - 240x {}^{2}$
Also,
$16x - 15x = x$
