"The human society is basically the study of the past and the present behavior of the humans and their various interactions, geographical distributions, and social organization. The main reason for using a narrowed educational field is to develop a deep understanding of the collective process and behavior of culture and society. Varied techniques and procedures are used in research design, history, and analysis of the various conditions of the society. The main reason for studying the society is to make advancements of education in relation to the general public in science, religion, ars, and philosophy. It also aids in the promotion of the welfare of society and moral.

The following skills are needed for understanding society.

•    Analysis of the effect of various historical events and contemporary society.

•    Authentication, and interpretation of anthropological data.

•    Compilation of historical data using primary and secondary sources and interviews.

•     Evaluation and interpretation of demographic, cultural and the sociological data and information.

•    Authentication, identification, analysis, and evaluation of different material artifacts.

•    Research on the various aspects of society by using different social research methods.

Different jobs and professions which one can get in by studying the society are sociology, anthropology, history, human geography, archaeology, gender-specific studies, indigenous studies and the basic study of the human society. A Greek poet has once said that there are many wonderful things out there but there is nothing more wonderful than man himself. So the primary advantage of understanding the society is to get a better understanding of the charming and yet confusing simplistic nature projected by mankind. Societies in which we organize out life needs to be observed and studied. Societal behaviors need to be observers, compared for solving grave issues and to enhance the rational human understanding about the varied frustrating habits and instances in the society.

The study of society can is made by research. Using various scientific research about demography, human life, gender complexities, employment etc one can find out various things about the society we reside in. Moreover, it also helps us increase our extensive awareness of human culture.  It is a good thing to dwell inside human behavior. One can understand the social dogmas present and analyze them using a critical mindset. Perhaps this will open up our thought process and decisions we make while acting in specific ways with people.

It helps people to make rational decisions and fair interest creation when working in a group or on projects. Students learn teamwork, autonomy, and self-dependency by learning about human society.  Study of society improves multiculturalism among students as well.
