Winds take the pollen grains with it from one plant to another in a short time and reproduction happened and hence a new seed is formed.
Bees when sit from one flower to another for the search of nector, some pollen grains get attached to their feet and when the sit on another flower of same species the reproduction takes place and result in formation of flower.
