If women are engaged in paid work then thier dignity in household and society increases. so, dignity is an important goal.

However, it is also the case that if thier is respect for the women in the society then thier is greater acceptance of women working outside and more respect

(I) Economic independency : If a women is working she will get economic independency.

(ii) Equality : As per the law working women need to be treated equally.

(iii) Respected : A working women will get respect not only in the family but in the society also.
