How do you answer a question here? Is there a particular time limit for the same? When I click on someone's question or from the profile, why ain't I able to answer it?

It's because someone else is answering the question at the same time you want to answer but the person is little sooner to tap on the answer so he gets the chance and you still be fidgeting with the click to answer option.
Sometime it might be network problem but the chances of it are very less and at the same time the chances of the upper thing I mentioned are very often.
So be quick if you know the answer.
