Dobereiner

Explanation:

Johann Wolfgang Dobereiner (13 December 1780 – 24 March 1849) was a German chemist who is best known for work that foreshadowed the Mendeleev's law for the chemical elements, and for inventing the primary lighter, which was referred to as the Dobereiner's lamp.

He arranged them in an ascending order supported their atomic masses and observed that each 8th element had similar properties. On the idea of this observation, Newland's law of octaves was formulated.

According to the Doberenier law, when the basic arrangement is in increasing order of mass, then the mass of the element within the middle are often detected to be adequate to the first moment of the mass of the another two sorts of elements.

Dobereiner discovered that the relative mass of the center element in each triad was on the brink of the typical of the relative atomic masses of the opposite two elements. This gave other scientists a clue that relative atomic masses were important when arranging the weather.
