Sweating is one of the way where our body control's its own temperature. The temperature is controlled by the sweat which is secreted by the sweat glands in our body. When we the humans secret the sweat our body turn's to it's normal temperature. Therefore sweating mechanism is a good process. It's really a appreciable process.
