How do you appreciate the function of chloroplast present in the leaf

1 . Choloplast is a type plastid which contain chlorophyll with some other green pigments.
2. Chlorophyll helps in absorbing sunlight light for making food for the plant.
3. Chloroplast have some other pigments like xanthophyll and coetinoides which absorb sunlight and pass it to chlorophyll
