how do you apreciate efforts of human beings to discover an alternative energy source to coal and petroleum for their daily use

"Necessity is the mother of invention"

Human is very good at research and application.I appreciate the efforts as after some days traditional power sources will be dead.
So it is really good to find an alternative power source,even solar energy can be replaced with general electricity.
