organising is the best way to balance family and job. when i m at job i focus on my work and all task given to me this is very important in achieving in becoming productive at any responsibility given. Work is important to me.I work for my family and their needs. Same manner my family are important to me I do not bring home work if its not necessary. I give quality time even its not on quantity. I always try to evaluate my day to day activity and setting priorities first then i can have a balance of my job and family
