How do you calculate molar mass? For example, what is the molar mass of Cu(NH4)4SO4?

cu(NH4)4SO4

Mass of cu = 63g

mass of N = 14g

mass of H = 1g

mass of S = 32g

mass of O =16g

so

molar mass of Cu(NH4)4SO4

63 + (4 × 14) + (16 ×1) + (1 × 32) + (4 × 16)

= 231g
