IN 1912, Republic of China was established by Sun Yat Sen. His aim was to establish a Western type of social liberal democracy. But, the domestic order could not be es-tablished and no political military force could control the country
after 1916 , when Sun Yat Sen died, the country was split among the warlords. So, be-tween the 1912-49, there was no central authority for prevent chaos
in 1919, Sun Yat Sen established “ Kuomintag” and established a military academy to train officers loyal to his ideas
