How do you condense ln3−2ln(9+3)?

 ln(3)  - 2 ln(9 + 3)  \\  ln(3)  -  ln( {(9 + 3)}^{2} )  \\  ln(3)  -  ln(144)   \\ using \: property \:  log(a)  -  log(b) =  log( \frac{a}{b} )  \\  ln( \frac{3}{144} )

 \sf  \ln(3)  - 2 \ln(9 + 3)

 \sf =  \ln(3)  -  \ln( {(12)}^{2} )

 \sf =  \ln(3)  -  \ln(144)

 \sf =  \ln( \frac{3}{144} )

 \sf = \ln( \frac{1}{48} )

 \sf = \ln( {48}^{ - 1}  )

 \sf = - 1\ln(48)

This is your required answer.
