ok... when i'm gonna to get anger , i usually count one to ten...really trust me it's works..counting from 1 to 10 really calm ur mind....and also u can think about the benefits that u gain by getting anger. After u think about that , u will definitely feel that there are no such benefits from getting anger....Ur anger will never give good things for u and for ur family.....
So friend, don't take this life as a serious one...be simple. Then u no need too be angry....
