First of all wash the rice 2 - 3 times with water and then transfer the washed rice in a pressure cooker and then add water...add double water than the rice..if you have taken 2glass of rice then add 4 glass of water...then cover it with lid...and off the flame after 1whistle on high flame and 2 whistles on medium flame...
