How do you create a folder by using terminal in ubuntu?

I think 'mkdir" (make directory) makes new folder. open the terminal and type the following, you could change the place of folder

I used to use ubuntu, now I dont use it, you may use this

sudo mkdir /Class/Ashwin/BrainlyFolder

Replace /Class/Ashwin/BrainlyFolder with the place where you want to create folder.
