In life there is stress and depression ,, conquering over depression is most important .
Dealing with these types of conditions :
1.) Be calm and Cool
2.) Control ur Anger and think positively
3.) Thinking about environment also .
4.) Taking help from experts if needed .
So ,,whenever you are in stress or depression :⬇⬇
1.) Listen good Music
2.) Spend time with Family members .
4.) Meditation .
5.) Do ur hobbies

We can deal with pressure situations by the following ways:-
1.Listen to your favourite music and listen to its lyrics
2.Walk or cycle or exercise for 20 minutes
3.Do exercise and pranayama for 10 minutes
4.Play with rubix cube or video games
5.Avoid social media
6.Talk with friends about current topics
7.Watch TV
8.Write down on a piece of paper why u are in stress. 9.Breathe slowly 10.sleep nicely
