As the people are infected by the deadly virus named ' Corona ' day by day , we all are prohibited to get out of the room and gain the fresh air. Due to this , our mental & physical health is becoming worse day by day. As I am a fitness lover , I will have to balance my mental and physical health. For that , I usually do yoga at morning times which helps me to feel relaxed and this is the way, I deal with my mental health. Though we are not allowed to go outside in this dire situation , I anyhow go to the ground near me and do some physical exercises to keep my body look fit. I even listen to some amazing tones which helps me to relax.
This is how I am balancing my mental and physical health in these COVID times.
