we can do in 2 methods but i am doing in one method

first  multiply -15 * 3 = -45

 *    |  +

-45 | +12

find the factor that is two number should multiply and get ans -45 and the same two number is added get ans 12

so we get two factor 15,-3

ie.15 * -3 = -45 and 15 + (-3) = 12

so the answer is

(x-3) (x+15) = 0

x= 3 and x = -15
