A thief can do any thing for his 2 miles day or for his family...I think he should get 1 opportunity for some work....but not to rob anything...and he will get salary for that great work....and by that salary he should fulfill his family or himself....that mean he will earn by himself but not by robbery...hence, he will change to normal human.....
