how do you feel that the role of ancient guru has changed in present society?which qualities of ancient guru you would like t adopt as teacher?why?

The ancient guru role was quite different from the present society guru(teacher) . In the ancient time the guru was actual role model for it's student and was not only supposed to teach students scientific knowledge but people also rely on them as they teach the moral values to the students. The concentration was to enable the student a perfect personality person so that he can serve the society best way and gain the high standard and value in the society.
Now a day, teacher only remains concern about their own lesson or subject teaching and don't pay attentions to the value education. They also not impart necessary personality characteristics in the students necessary for gaining high standard in the society.
