How do you find the height and base of a triangle without the area? Please explain it simply.

Depends on which triangle you're finding.

If you use herons formula ( only for for equilateral and isosceles triangle ) and found the sides....Draw a straight line from the ( any ) vertex of the triangle. It'll divide the into two equal halves. So use Pythagorean theorem to find height. Or just simply use a scale to measure it.
