hai mate

here is your answer

x-2y=5 >x=5+2y

3x-5y=13

put the value x=5+2y

then 3×(5+2y)-5y=13

15+6y-5y=13

y=13-15

y=-2

x-2y=5

put the value y=-2

x+4=5

X=1
