How do you find the volume of a cylinder when height and surface area is given?

Volume of cylinder = πrrh

Volume of cylinder /πh = rr

When the height and Surface area of the cylinder is given then Volume can be found.

As we know that Surface area of the Cylinder = 2πr( r + h)

Also, To find the volume of the cylinder, Height and radius of the cylinder is required.

So, If the Surface area and height is given, So radius can be found by setting the formula of Surface area and the given surface area equal to each other.

Then, Simply put the value of height in the formula, and after solving the equation, We will get the value of the radius of the cylinder.

If the radius has been found and we are having the height, So put those values in the formula - πr^2h, which is the formula to find the volume of cylinder.

And after solving, you will get the volume of the cylinder.
