How do you graph an equation such as 4x+3y=12?

Find two points of this equation and then, plot them on the Cartesian plane, as shown in the figure attached.

Two points I found ==》 \tt{(0,4) \:and \: (3,0)}

\sf{\underline{The \:graph \:is\: attached\: with \:the \:answer.}}

You can plot different equations the same way.
