How do you know if a compound has resonance?

there are some conditions to check whether there will be resonance or not:-
1) there should be 2 π-bonds electrons to delocalise
2) π-bonds, should be at alternate positions(conjugation)
3) or there should be charge present with the presence of π-electrons.
>we needs these conditions to move the π-electrons(delocalization) so that it can resonance....
