ALI WAS FAMILIAR FOR ALL THE EMPLOYEES OF THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN VISITING THE POST OFFICE REGULARLY FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS. HE SAT ON THE SAME BENCH EVERYDAY AT THE SAME CORNER WAITING FOR THE LETTER FROM HIS DAUGHTER. THOUGH THERE WOULD BE NO LETTER FOR HIM, THE EMPLOYEES WOULD CALL OUT HIS NAME JUST TO MAKE FUN OF HIM. ALI WAS THE ONLY FIGURE THAT THE EMPLOYEES SAW REGULARLY AT THE POST OFFICE.
